Description

The Makita DF032D is a 12V max CXT brushless cordless driver drill with a 6.35 mm (1/4″) hex chuck rather than a keyless drill chuck, rated at 170 W. Its two-speed gearbox runs 0-1,700 RPM on high and 0-450 RPM on low, and Makita states a fastening torque of 30 N·m on hard joints and 14 N·m on soft ones across 20 clutch settings. Drilling capacity is 10 mm in steel and 21 mm in wood. An electric brake and Extreme Protection Technology are fitted in a compact 124 mm-long body weighing 0.9-1.1 kg. The Z code is a bare tool, without battery or charger.
