Description

The Makita DGA505Z is a 125 mm (5 inch) cordless angle grinder on the 18V LXT platform, with a brushless motor delivering 8,500 RPM no-load speed through an M14x2.0 spindle. It weighs 2.26 to 3.73 kg at 362 x 140 x 145 mm. Automatic Torque Drive Technology adjusts speed and torque during operation, while Active Feedback sensing Technology switches the motor off if the wheel is suddenly forced to stop. Makita fits a paddle switch with no lock, soft start, an anti-restart function, and a gear housing that rotates to suit different cutting and grinding positions.
