Makita DGA513Z 125mm 18V Cordless Angle Grinder

The Makita DGA513Z is an 18V LXT cordless angle grinder with a 125mm wheel and a slide switch with a variable speed control dial. Makita rates its no-load speed at 3,000-8,500 rpm and lists a brushless (BL) motor, an electric brake, a soft start and an anti-restart function. Makita also states it uses ADT (Automatic torque Drive Technology) to adjust speed and torque under load, and AFT (Active Feedback sensing Technology) to cut power if the wheel is suddenly forced to stop. It is sold as a bare tool, without battery or charger. It is used for grinding, cutting and finishing metal and stone.
