Description

The Makita DGA901Z is an 18V x2 (36V) LXT cordless angle grinder with a 230mm wheel and a large trigger switch. Makita rates its speed at 6,000 rpm and its weight at 5.2-8.0kg, and lists AWS (Auto-Start Wireless System), which connects by Bluetooth to start a compatible vacuum with the tool. Makita also states it has a brushless (BL) motor, an electric brake that stops the wheel in 4.5 seconds or less, and ADT/AFT torque and feedback control. It is used for grinding, cutting and finishing metal and stone. It is sold as a bare tool, without battery or charger.
