Description

Metabo's ASE 18 LTX is an 18V cordless sabre (reciprocating) saw with a 30 mm stroke length at up to 2,700 strokes a minute. Its die-cast aluminium gear housing is coated for grip, variable-speed electronics adjust to the material, the blade rotates a full 180 degrees for overhead cuts, and blades change tool-free; an adjustable depth guide helps with plunge cuts. Metabo lists a weight of 3.1 kg without battery, rising to 3.5 kg with one fitted. This bare-tool order includes a hexagonal wrench and a plastic carry case, without battery or charger, and runs on 18V CAS Cordless Alliance System batteries.
