Description

The Metabo W 24-230 MVT delivers 2,400 W input (1,600 W output) to a 230 mm disc on an M14 spindle, running at 6,600 rpm (4,600 rpm under load) with 17 Nm of torque, and weighs 5.8 kg. Its Marathon motor carries patented dust protection, the VibraTech (MVT) system and side handle cut vibration, and a safety switch stops it starting by accident. The tool-free guard and a back or side handle that mounts in three positions let it swap between cutting and grinding work.
