Metabo W 9-100 Angle Grinder

The Metabo W 9-100 is a compact angle grinder for a 100 mm disc on an M10 spindle, rated at 900 W input (550 W output) and running at 10,500 rpm (7,500 rpm under load). Metabo lists it at 2 kg and fits it with the same Marathon motor as the rest of the 9-series, for up to 20% more overload capacity and 50% more torque. An S-automatic mechanical safety clutch limits kickback if the disc jams, the gear housing rotates in 90-degree steps for left-handed use, and a twist-proof adjustable guard plus auto-stop carbon brushes are fitted.
