Description

The Metabo WE 2000-230 is rated at 2,000 W input (1,370 W output), turning a 230 mm disc on an M14 spindle at 6,600 rpm (4,500 rpm under load), and weighs 5.2 kg. Metabo fits it with a robust motor and starting-current limitation that stops the lock-on switch engaging at start-up, plus restart protection against the grinder firing up by itself after a power cut. A safety switch guards against accidental starts, and the side handle mounts in three positions for cutting or grinding.
