Description

The Stanley STHT0-51910 is a 1000 g (35 oz) German DIN, or locksmith's, hammer with a fibreglass handle, made to DIN 1041 for a wide range of metalworking jobs. Its forged high-carbon steel head has a smooth, square face and is joined to the handle with two-component epoxy for a reinforced connection. The fibreglass core adds strength and durability while reducing vibration, the head is balanced for momentum and to reduce fatigue, and the bi-material grip has a ribbed surface and flared end for comfort and less slipping. The handle is 296 mm long.
