The Stanley STHT57530-0 is the lightest hammer in Stanley's new polyurethane Compo-Cast range, a 280 g (10 oz) dead blow hammer. Its soft face does not mar the surface or equipment, and the dead blow action removes bounce-back when you strike hardened surfaces. Non-ferrous materials eliminate the risk of sparking. The head and handle will not absorb liquid, the textured grip gives safer striking, and the self-standing head is easy to reach and reduces trip risk. The range goes up to 1500 g.
