Description

Stanley's STHT57527-8 is a 450 g (16 oz) rubber mallet: a tough rubber head moulded onto a wood handle. It is meant for striking blows where a steel hammer would mar or damage the surface, and the rubber head helps keep marring and surface damage to a minimum. Stanley lists fitting parts, driving nails and breaking objects as uses. For heavier blows, the same mallet comes in a 680 g (24 oz) size, the STHT57528-8.
