It comes from Stanley's new soft face range, which offers soft face hammers and separate hammer heads in 25, 30, 40 and 50 mm sizes; the 40 mm hammer in the range is the STHT51773. Soft faces let you strike parts and finished surfaces without the damage a steel face can cause.
