Description

STIHL's MS 250 is a petrol chainsaw for home users and trade businesses, made for cutting firewood, tree and shrub care around the home, and cutting branches and small trees. Its 45.4 cc engine produces 2.3 kW (3.1 hp), and the powerhead weighs 4.7 kg without bar and chain. This version comes with a 40 cm (16-inch) guide bar and long-lasting .325-inch Rapid Micro chain on a 1.6 mm groove. One lever handles choke, starting throttle lock and the stop switch, chain tensioning is side-mounted, and the air filter cover opens easily for cleaning. A winter setting stops the carburettor icing below 10 °C.
