Description

The INSIZE 1136-1002 is a digital caliper with a 0-1000mm/0-40 inch range, a resolution of 0.01mm/0.0005 inch and an accuracy the manufacturer states as ±0.08mm. It runs on a CR2032 battery, has on/off, zero, mm/inch and ABS (absolute) buttons plus a data-preset function, and INSIZE builds it from stainless steel; the caliper is not waterproof. An optional data-output cable lets the reading be sent to a computer or printer for recording. At one metre, it is used for outside, inside, depth and step measurements on long workpieces such as shafts and fabricated frames.
