Description

The INSIZE 2421-10 is a split-type dial bore gauge set covering 7-10 mm, with 6 measuring points made of DLC-coated (type B and C). Its split contact points give INSIZE's stated accuracy of 3 micron without an indicator fitted, and a repeatability of 1 micron. A dial or digital indicator and a setting ring are sold separately to complete the set for checking bore diameters in this range. Split-type points close onto the bore wall from two sides rather than a single plunger tip, which INSIZE's design uses for more repeatable contact when checking a precision bore.
