Description

INSIZE's 2421-12 split-type dial bore gauge set has 6 split contact points (DLC-coated, type C) spanning 7.7-12.5 mm. Without an indicator fitted, INSIZE states 3-4 micron accuracy and 1 micron repeatability. The set takes an optional dial or digital indicator and setting ring, sold separately. Split-type points close onto the bore wall from two sides rather than a single plunger tip, which INSIZE's design uses for more repeatable contact when checking a precision bore.
