Description

The INSIZE 2942-20 is a digital internal chamfer gauge for measuring the end diameter of a chamfer or taper inside a hole, covering 0.5-20.1mm at ±0.02mm accuracy, for chamfer angles between 0° and 90°, with 0.01mm/0.0005" resolution. It is supplied with a 5mm setting ring for zeroing before use. A gauge like this is set into the machined chamfer or countersink and reads the diameter at that point directly on its digital display, letting a machinist confirm the chamfer or taper has been cut to the size and angle the drawing specifies.
