Insize 4831-20A Digital Welding Gauge. INSIZE's digital welding gauge, model 4831-20A, is a stainless steel tool with a digital display reading crown height from 0-7mm to ±0.03mm and fillet weld throat size from 0-20mm to ±0.1mm, both at 0.01mm/0.0005 inch resolution. It also checks preparation angle at 60°, 70°, 80° or 90° to ±1°. The gauge runs on a CR2032 battery, switches off automatically when not moved, and outputs its readings for data collection; a wireless transmitter (code 7315-25) is available as an optional accessory.
