Description

This stainless steel fillet welding gauge from INSIZE, model 4847-1, uses three blades to check convex weld sizes of 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14mm to an accuracy of ±0.5mm. It also carries a 0-50mm length scale graduated to 1mm, accurate to ±0.5mm, for measuring the length of a weld run. The gauge body measures 90mm long and 22mm wide, sized to sit flush against a fillet weld while the right blade is matched to its convex profile.
