Description

The INSIZE 3358-25AWL is a digital micrometer/snap gauge, basic type, covering 0-25mm/0-1". It carries an absolute encoder that keeps its reading after power off, reads to 0.001mm/0.00005", and has built-in wireless data output. One turn of the sleeve feeds the spindle 10mm, and its retract fork pulls the spindle back 3mm without affecting accuracy. INSIZE states 2μm accuracy, 1μm repeatability, 0.5μm measuring-face flatness and 1.2μm parallelism for this size, with carbide measuring faces, a 5-10N measuring force, IP65 waterproofing and a rechargeable battery rated for 24 hours' continuous work. INSIZE does not supply gauge blocks for zero setting at this 0-25mm size.
