Description

INSIZE's 3358-50 digital micrometer/snap gauge (basic type) has a 25-50mm/1-2" range and an absolute encoder that retains its data when switched off. It reads to 0.001mm/0.00005" and outputs data through INSIZE's optional plug-in wireless transmitter (code 7315-3350) and a receiver. A full sleeve turn advances the spindle 10mm, while the retract fork withdraws it 3mm for easier loading, without changing accuracy. At this size INSIZE rates it at 2μm accuracy, 1μm repeatability, 0.5μm flatness and 1.2μm parallelism on the carbide measuring faces, with a 5-10N measuring force, IP65 waterproofing and a rechargeable battery good for 24 hours' continuous use. INSIZE supplies gauge blocks for zero setting.
