Description

The INSIZE 3358-75 is a digital micrometer/snap gauge, basic type, covering 50-75mm/2-3". It carries an absolute encoder that keeps its reading after power off, reads to 0.001mm/0.00005", and outputs data through INSIZE's optional plug-in wireless transmitter (code 7315-3350) and a receiver. One turn of the sleeve feeds the spindle 10mm, and its retract fork pulls the spindle back 3mm without affecting accuracy. INSIZE states 3μm accuracy, 1μm repeatability, 0.5μm measuring-face flatness and 1.8μm parallelism for this size, with carbide measuring faces, a 5-10N measuring force, IP65 waterproofing and a rechargeable battery rated for 24 hours' continuous work. INSIZE supplies gauge blocks for zero setting.
