Description

The INSIZE 6310-225 is a 225mm micrometer setting standard used to check and reset the zero point of an outside micrometer. It is a type A gauge rod with Ø8mm ends, and INSIZE states an accuracy of ±5.5µm for this length. As with the shorter standards in the 6310 series, it is a plain rod handled by its ends rather than a centre grip, and serves as a calibration reference for mechanical and digital micrometers.
