INSIZE 6891-1 Magnetic V-Block Set 70x40x50 mm. The INSIZE 6891-1 magnetic V-block set is a matched pair of blocks, 70x40x50 mm each, with a built-in magnet and switch lever, holding a round shaft from 6 to 46 mm during inspection on a surface plate. INSIZE rates the magnetic force at 15 kgf and hardens the blocks to HRB70. Because the magnetic force is comparatively light, INSIZE states this set is for inspection only and not suitable for machining. Parallelism of the V-groove to the bottom and back faces is held to 10 micrometres, and the two blocks are matched in height to within 10 micrometres.
