INSIZE 6878-1 Magnetic Induction V-Block Set 52x58x46 mm

INSIZE's 6878-1 magnetic induction V-block set is a matched pair, 52x58x46 mm each, made to sit on a magnetic chuck rather than carry their own magnets. Each block has two V-grooves, a larger one on top and a smaller one underneath, together covering shafts from 6 to 56 mm. Copper strips alternate with steel at a 3+3 mm pole pitch so the chuck's field reaches the workpiece. INSIZE hardens the pair to HRB70, keeps the V-grooves parallel to the top and bottom faces to within 10 micrometres, and matches the block heights to within 10 micrometres. The blocks are not through-hardened; workpieces should not be rotated on them.
