INSIZE 6805-2 V-Block Set (Economic Type) 200x170x90 mm

The INSIZE 6805-2 economic-type V-block set steps up to two larger cast-iron blocks, 200x170x90 mm each, holding cylinders from 12 to 180 mm. As with the smaller 6805-1, each block is cast in a cross shape with four 90-degree V-grooves, one on each side, at HB170-240 hardness. INSIZE holds the parallelism of the four grooves to all sides to within 25 micrometres and matches the height of the pair to within 30 micrometres. This range is meant for holding cylindrical work steady during positioning rather than for machining-grade accuracy.
