Description

The INSIZE 6538-100 magnetic sine table has a 150x150 mm magnetic worktable that tilts on a hinge so you can set a precise angle for grinding or inspection, using gauge blocks against its 100 mm roller centre distance and simple trigonometry to work out the height needed. INSIZE gives the table an angle range of 0 to 60 degrees with an accuracy of plus or minus 15 seconds, and lines the top with alternating steel and copper strips at a 0.5+1.5 mm pole pitch to hold a workpiece magnetically once the angle is set. The table itself is not hardened.
