INSIZE 6542-250 Round Permanent Magnetic Chuck 250 mm

INSIZE's 6542-250 round permanent magnetic chuck, 250 mm in diameter, is switched on to clamp ferrous work flat for grinding or inspection. INSIZE rates its holding force at 8 kgf per square centimetre and sets the pole pitch at 0.5+1.5 mm, a close, dense pattern that INSIZE says can hold thin and small workpieces that a coarser chuck would let slip. Parallelism between the top and bottom faces is held to 0.02 mm over a 300 mm span. The chuck is not hardened.
