INSIZE 6539-100 Magnetic Square with V-Groove 100x100x100 mm

INSIZE's 6539-100 magnetic square combines a flat magnetic face with a V-groove down one side, in a 100x100x100 mm block, holding both flat and round workpieces from 5 to 30 mm across for inspection or machining. A lever switches the magnet on and off. INSIZE rates the V-groove's holding force at 30 kgf on a granite surface plate (25 kgf on cast iron) and the flat faces at 50 kgf (30 kgf on cast iron), and holds parallelism and squareness between all faces, and between the V-groove and those faces, to within 20 micrometres. The block is not hardened, so workpieces should not be rotated directly on it.
