INSIZE 6805-1 V-Block Set (Economic Type) 150x130x75 mm

INSIZE's 6805-1 is an economic-type V-block set: two cast-iron blocks, 150x130x75 mm each, cast in a cross shape with four 90-degree V-grooves per block so the same block holds cylinders from 8 to 120 mm from any of the four sides. INSIZE casts the blocks to HB170-240 hardness and holds the four grooves parallel to all sides to within 25 micrometres, with the height between the two blocks in the set matched to within 30 micrometres. Being cast iron rather than hardened tool steel, this set is meant for positioning a workpiece rather than for machining-grade accuracy.
