INSIZE 6879-1 Magnetic Induction Parallel Set 100x50x25 mm

The INSIZE 6879-1 magnetic induction parallel set gives you two matching parallels, 100x50x25 mm each, that sit on a magnetic chuck to raise and support a workpiece for grinding or inspection. INSIZE states a parallelism of 10 micrometres between the two parallels and a height difference of only 10 micrometres across the matched pair, with a 2+2 mm pole pitch of alternating steel and non-magnetic copper strips so the chuck's field still reaches the workpiece. The pair is finished to HRB70 hardness. INSIZE notes the set is not through-hardened and needs a separate magnetic chuck to work; it has no magnet of its own.
