Description

INSIZE's 6801-1203A is the hardened-surface version of the 6801-1203 magnetic V-block, 120x70x95 mm, sold individually rather than as a pair. Like the standard finish, it has a built-in magnet, an on/off lever, and two V-grooves (a larger one on top, a smaller one below) covering shafts from 6 to 67 mm, with a rated magnetic force of 96 kgf. INSIZE holds the same 10 micrometre parallelism and squareness on the V-grooves as the unhardened block. As with the standard finish, the magnetic force falls if the block is placed on a steel or iron surface.
