INSIZE 6801-1203 Magnetic V-Block (Single) 120x70x95 mm. The INSIZE 6801-1203 is a single magnetic V-block, 120x70x95 mm, with a built-in magnet and on/off switch, holding a round shaft from 6 to 67 mm for inspection or machining. It has two V-grooves, a larger one on top for bigger shafts and a smaller one underneath for slimmer ones. INSIZE rates the magnetic force at 96 kgf and holds the V-grooves parallel to the top, bottom, left and right sides, and square to the back, to within 10 micrometres. This block is supplied individually, not as a pair, and its surface is not hardened; magnetic force drops on a steel or iron surface.
