INSIZE 6537-451 Permanent Magnetic Chuck 450x150 mm

The 450x150 mm INSIZE 6537-451 rectangular permanent magnetic chuck holds ferrous work flat on its table for grinding or inspection, switched on and off as needed. INSIZE rates the holding force at 8 kgf per square centimetre and sets the pole pitch at 0.5+1.5 mm, a close, dense pattern that INSIZE says can hold thin and small workpieces that a coarser chuck would let slip. Parallelism between the top and bottom faces is held to 0.02 mm over a 300 mm span. The chuck is not hardened.
