INSIZE 6537-300 Permanent Magnetic Chuck 300x150 mm

INSIZE's 6537-300 is a 300x150 mm permanent magnetic chuck for a surface grinder or inspection table, holding ferrous workpieces flat without mechanical clamps. INSIZE rates the holding force at 8 kgf per square centimetre and sets the pole pitch at 0.5+1.5 mm, a close, dense pattern that INSIZE says can hold thin and small workpieces that a coarser chuck would let slip. Parallelism between the top and bottom faces is held to 0.02 mm over a 300 mm span. The chuck is not hardened.
