Description

The INSIZE 9408-QA101 is an air gauge display column with 101 red, orange and green LEDs over a 254mm scale, used with air plug or ring gauges to compare bore size by air pressure. It offers four selectable ranges of 10, 20, 50 and 100µm, with 0.1µm display resolution on the three finer ranges and 0.2µm on the widest, at accuracies of 0.2, 0.4, 1 and 3µm. It runs on dry, clean air at 0.4 to 0.7MPa, outputs over RS232 or USB, stores 10 measuring programs, and adds a beep-and-light alarm for out-of-tolerance readings. The main display unit is supplied; an air filter, pressure regulator and foot switch are optional.
