Description

This INSIZE linear gauge measures a 30mm range to a resolution of 0.5μm and an accuracy of ±3μm, using an optical grating measuring principle. INSIZE rates it IP67 dust and waterproof and runs it on a DC 5V, 300mA supply with a TTL output signal, with RS232 or RS485 output available as an option. It is built for repeat comparison measurement on a gauging fixture or measuring bench, where the spring-loaded probe tip contacts the workpiece and reports its position electronically. An optional display unit can read the gauge directly and export its data to Excel, Word or text files, and INSIZE offers both straight and L-shaped connection cables.
