Description

The INSIZE FCV-Z04 is a Zahn cup (No.4) built to ASTM D4212, used to gauge the viscosity of Newtonian or near-Newtonian inks in workshops, factories and laboratories. Dip the cup into the ink, lift it out and hold it vertical, and its 4.27 mm orifice times the ink's efflux, covering a viscosity range of 200-1200 cSt with a drain time of 20-80 seconds. Reading the range this way avoids a separate viscometer for routine ink checks. A digital stopwatch for timing the efflux is available as an optional accessory.
