Description

The INSIZE ISF-DT5000 is a wire tension meter for stranding, winding and wire-cutting machines, and for fibre-optic, glass-fibre and steel-wire-rope production lines. Its range spans 50 to 5000cN, at a resolution of 1cN and an accuracy of ±2% of full scale. The 116mm measuring head is factory-calibrated for 0.8mm wire, with a working diameter range of 0.4 to 1.0mm. Ten calibration channels across six groups let it be tuned to different wire types, and wire-diameter compensation keeps its readings accurate at higher tensions.
