Description

INSIZE's ISF-DT500 wire tension meter is built for stranding, winding and wire-cutting machines, and for fibre-optic, glass-fibre and steel-wire-rope production lines. Its range runs from 5.0 to 500.0cN, at a resolution of 0.1cN and an accuracy of ±2% of full scale. The 65mm-wide measuring head is factory-calibrated for 0.2mm wire, over a diameter range of 0.05 to 0.3mm. Six display units — g, cN, N, lb, daN and kg — convert automatically, and the meter shuts off on its own after three minutes of inactivity to save power. Wire-diameter compensation helps keep readings accurate.
