Description

The INSIZE ISF-DT20K is a wire tension meter for stranding, winding and wire-cutting machines, and for steel-cord and steel-wire-rope production lines. It covers 2.0 to 200.0N at a resolution of 0.1N, to an accuracy of ±2% of full scale. Its 216mm measuring head is factory-calibrated for 1.5mm wire, across a diameter range of 1.0 to 1.8mm. Fine-tunable compensation of up to ±10% of full scale and wire-diameter compensation keep it accurate on different wire types, and it shuts off automatically after three minutes without use.
