Description

The INSIZE ISF-DT200 is a wire tension meter for stranding, winding and wire-cutting machines, and for fibre-optic, glass-fibre and steel-wire-rope production lines. It measures 2.0 to 200.0cN, read to a resolution of 0.1cN at ±2% of full scale. The 65mm measuring head is factory-calibrated for 0.2mm wire and covers a diameter range of 0.05 to 0.3mm. It zeroes automatically, with manual zeroing also available, and stores up to 200 readings along with the phase's maximum, minimum and average values. Ten calibration channels across six groups, plus wire-diameter compensation, keep it accurate across different wire types.
