Description

The INSIZE ISF-DT100K is a wire tension meter for steel-wire-rope and steel-cord production lines, as well as stranding and winding machines. It covers 10 to 1000N at a resolution of 1N, to an accuracy of ±2% of full scale. Its 216mm measuring head is factory-calibrated for 2mm wire rope, handling rope up to 3mm in diameter. Fine-tunable compensation of up to ±10% of full scale keeps it accurate on different rope types, and it can display readings in any of six units — g, cN, N, lb, daN or kg.
