Description

The INSIZE MPI-P330 is a portable magnetic particle flaw detector for surface and near-surface cracks in ferrous parts, built to international standards including ASTM E1444, ASTM E709 and ISO 9934. INSIZE states a magnetic field strength above 2KA/m, a pole spacing of 0-230mm and a 22x22mm pole size, giving sensitivity that clearly shows a 15/50 groove on the A1 sensitivity test piece, read under an ultraviolet lamp rated at least 5220 microW/cm squared for fluorescent inspection. Lifting power reaches at least 4.5kg (44N) on AC and 18.1kg (177N) on DC, at a 30% maximum duty cycle. It runs on AC220V, 50/60Hz, weighs 2.3kg.
