Description

KARAM's SA38A(C)(90)N is the 90-degree corner post of a horizontal lifeline running along a trapezoidal metal roof, for up to 4 users. The shock-absorber assembly is stainless steel on an aluminium-alloy base plate, electropolished or ED-coated, and weighs 4.37 kg with a minimum breaking strength of 15 kN. It fits trapezoidal roof pitches of 200, 250, 275, 300, 304, 334, 347 or 367 mm. Like the rest of the line, it deploys in a fall to absorb the energy while leaving the roof panel intact, and meets EN 795:2012 Type C and TS 16415:2013 Type C.
