Description

KARAM's SA38A(I)N is the intermediate post along a horizontal lifeline on a trapezoidal metal roof, for up to 4 users. It shares the line's stainless-steel shock absorber on an aluminium-alloy base, electropolished or ED-coated, and weighs 3.77 kg with a minimum breaking strength of 15 kN. It fits the same trapezoidal roof pitches as the rest of the range: 200, 250, 275, 300, 304, 334, 347 or 367 mm. It deploys in a fall to absorb the energy while keeping the roof panel intact, and meets EN 795:2012 Type C and TS 16415:2013 Type C.
