Description

The Makita DGA411RTE is a 100 mm (4 inch) cordless angle grinder on the 18V LXT platform, with a brushless motor running 3,000 to 8,500 RPM through a variable speed dial. Makita lists the tool at 2.2 to 2.8 kg. It combines soft start and an anti-restart function with Extreme Protection Technology against dust and water, and Active Feedback sensing Technology that shuts the motor off if the wheel is suddenly forced to stop. A slide switch locks on for continuous cutting and grinding, and a three-stage LED gauge shows the remaining battery charge.
