Description
The Makita DSC251RT shares the 18V LXT brushless engineering of Makita's DSC251 cutter, cutting rebar from 10 mm to 25 mm in diameter with a 110 mm blade at a 2,200 rpm no-load speed. Automatic Torque Drive Technology keeps cutting force consistent as the load changes, and the flangeless blade lets it cut flush against a wall or slab. A removable side grip can be set to three positions, and a dust bag catches the metal chips produced when cutting. The RT kit code is supplied with a battery and charger in addition to the case and spare blade. Net weight is 4.0 kg.
