Makita GA7070 180mm 2800W Angle Grinder

The Makita GA7070 is a 180 mm angle grinder with a 2,800 W motor that Makita rates at 8,500 rpm no-load and 6.1-6.6 kg. It has a large trigger switch with a lever for lock-off and lock-on, and Makita states it uses AFT (Active Feedback sensing Technology) to shut the motor off if the wheel suddenly slows, along with a mechanical brake, an anti-restart function, a soft start and constant speed control under load. It also has a three-position vibration-absorbing side handle and a push-button spindle lock, for grinding and cutting metal and stone.
