Description

Metabo's MT 400 Quick is a corded multi-tool the maker calls "indispensable for interior development such as cutting, sanding and scraping of different materials." Its 400 W motor drives the 93 mm base plate through a 1.6-degree oscillation angle (3.2 degrees total swing) at 11,000-18,500 orbits per minute, held steady under load by VTC electronics. Accessories change tool-free through the Metabo Quick system and fit standard OIS and Starlock fittings. Double LED lights show the cutting line, and the dust extraction connection takes a standard vacuum cleaner hose. Slim and soft-gripped, it weighs 1.4 kg and runs on a 4 m cable.
